Danfodites Presents Portrait Picture to Vice Chancellor

Ayima Arafat Abdullahi a 300 Level radiography student of Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto has on Monday 20th December, presented a cut of pen portrait of the vice chancellor of the university to him at the vice Chancellor's office, Ahmadu Bello House.

The presentation was made by Ayima and his friends immediately after the Matriculation Ceremony held on Monday.

In an interview with GAMJI PRESS Arafat disclosed the rationale behind the pen portrait of the vice chancellor of the University. In his wordings:

"I presented the gift to a man of honor and a reputable character, someone who deserves my honor. To show my appreciation and gratitude for all he has been doing towards the students and the giant development of the University community."

The Vice Chancellor, Prof Lawal Bilbis in his remarks expressed his gratitude to the student for the honor.

The  Dean Student Affairs, Dean of Faculties, Provosts, Registrar and Deputy Vice chancellors are all in attendance while presenting the pen  portrait to the vice chancellor of the University.
