By: Akobundu Chizoba

Many students have lost property in a fire accidents, and certificates have been destroyed. When some students are so careless and play with fire, not considering the consequences. This careless act can be avoided if we consider the damage it will cause. The properties of a student cannot be returned, once it is burnt even certificates cannot be replaced easily. As a student when you know your certificates are secured you can focus on your studies very well.

The consequences of such an incident can be very serious, especially in the case of students who have to take exams later on. For example, if a student has lost his/her property due to a fire accident then he/she will have no choice but to appear for a re-exam again and again until he/she gets an opportunity to retake an exam from which he/she had passed before getting burnt out. This is not only expensive but also time-consuming, which comes at an additional cost as well.

Students should be aware that a fire can cause extensive damage to the building and its contents. The cost of cleaning up the damage from a fire will vary depending on the size of your property, where it's located and what type of building you have. In addition, if there's any damage caused by water or smoke then this will also require additional work and cost more than just repairing what was damaged by heat alone.

Additionally, students should also consider how long it will take them to recover from their loss after an accident like this one has happened - this could mean losing some precious memories because they're not able to access those items anymore until repairs are complete!

Once a student's property is burnt, they can't get the certificates again. This is because the properties of a student cannot be returned once they are burnt. It is important to secure your properties and certificates at all times because if there is any kind of fire accident in college or university, then you will not be able to get back your qualifications easily even after getting admitted into another college or university again. When you know that your certificate is secured, then you can focus on studying very well without worrying about losing any marks due to some technical problems related to securing documents or certificates etc.

Even certificates cannot be replaced easily. Certificates are important for the future and in many cases, a person would like to get admission to higher studies or top universities. If you have lost your certificate, it is better that you try not to panic because there are many ways through which it can be recovered.

As a student, when you know that your certificates are secured by the fire accident insurance company, it's not possible to lose them because of a fire accident. You can focus on your studies very well so that you will be able to pass all tests before the final exam with a good score. Therefore, I want to advise all students to avoid all means of playing with fire.
